Whale, whale, whale. #ifyougeddit
So recently other than being occupied with studies for my exams, the gym and running, i have also been checking Facebook quite frequently because i realised my friends are often sharing articles, news, stories or facts regarding certain topics and those that caught my attention was interesting to read on.
I honestly is not a big fan of reading. I dislike to read since young! That is why my English is not very good and my Papa is always nagging at me (since young), asking me to read books or newspaper. Well, as much as i dislike reading, i still made an effort to borrow books and read them but out of the 4 books i borrowed from the library, it's either i only finished reading one book or none (means none interest me). Believe me when i said i can count the number of books i have read FINISHED. Up till today, probably 2 hands is enough. Hahaha. As i grew older, i started to read articles because they are usually more interesting and short. I guess, i generally prefer reading non-fiction over fiction books unless the fiction stories are really interesting.
So yeap, have been reading alot (yeap to me) lately and kinda enjoying it actually. Hahaha. Hopfully i will be able to find some interesting books to download on my phone so i can occupy myself when i'm travelling alone or before my bedtime.
Just taken my last second paper on the Thursday and i'm very confident to say that it is the best paper i had compared to the previous 2 and maybe the upcoming one on Monday since i really don't get that module at all... Sigh. :/ I'm a student that have a habit of studying the day before the exam since Primary school and it is not good AT ALL even though i know that it won't do me good the sense of urgency still doesn't kick in as quickly as i grew older... Whut da hell man.
Besides that, i'm well aware that i'm studying in poly and whatever grades i get will affect my GPA which means it will affect my chance of graduating too... It is literally taking 6 O'level papers in 3 years, like they said. And even if i graduate the grades is still as important to determine whether i'm able to get into Uni or not and/or getting into my desired course... I think in Singapore the key to being successful is still your certs even if you have a shitloads of money, certs still determines where will u end up at. Life's like this..... HMPPPPPPPPFFFFFFFFTTTT.
So few days back i just got back home from the Gym in School and i decided to try and stif-fried salmon for the first time since nobody was home too. Yay. Just so you know anything that has the word fried in it is kinda banned from my house because my Dad strictly doesn't allowed us to do so cause it will make a huge mess and the laundry will smell... Hahaha. So yeap, i was lucky no one was at home. So I got a lot of help and instructions from JJ and like i mention before, i suck at cooking and still trying my best to be average. My Papa, Mummy and Sister can cook very well except for me... Is it me or me. Hahaha.
Glad someone was there to guide me and i swear i was all excited to whip that fish into a delicious meal for myself!!! ^_^ But unfortunately, slicing the salmon into small stripes was the first huge mistake already and when i found out it was obviously too lateeeeee. Hahaha. So the end product was fried and oily salmon instead of stir fried salmon... whutttttttt mandy whuttttt... Eventually, i had to used the sucking oil paper(direct translate from chinese HAHAHA) to suck as much oil as possible and yea... it was kinda hot and i tried it before it cool down so the next day my throat was slightly sore. Fail x2... But overall, it was still edible and quite tasty with the salt and pepper rubbed on it. Hahaha.
A picture of my not-totally-failed-salmon. Heh
As i mentioned above, i have been reading on Facebook quite recently and so i came across this title '25 Places To Eat In Singapore with Nett Prices'. Hahaha. the last 3 words caught my attention or i wouldn't even open it. So turns out the places are all cafes. Not really crazy cafe/cafe-hopping person but of course i would love to try them.
Ohya, here's the link i bookmarked on my computer. Shall share with those who are interested to know which are the 25 places. Hahaha. :)

So that day i met up with xiaonard after a long time and we went to Holland V and settled and Breko and i realised i been there before with my year 1 poly clique to have mudslides. Hahaha. So i ordered char-grilled Salmon because i know i needed to have my salmon fix after the day of my not-so-successful salmon cooking attempt. Well i was happy with what i ordered. Yummmm. While he ordered some Super Fried chicken with bacon burger. Wow it was huge and even though it's a very fat dish, suprisingly it wasn't very oily at all, i was impressed. It obviously looks delicious and he even offered me to try but i know 'TASTE IS TEMPORARY AND FAT IS PERMANENT'(Got this from some fitness account on twitter), so i politely rejected even though he know i am not allowed to eat. -_-
Picture is from google. Hahaha.
We chatted alot and because i haven't met other friends of mine but he told me a few of them passed their driving already. He was still learning and he shared with me regarding driving. So during Chinese New Year i had a driving topic with my cousins and that really had me wanting to learn driving but i kinda dropped it cause i wasn't sure but i am always thinking about it though.
So yes, i am determined this time round and i suggested to my Dad about it already, he approved and is willing to pay abit for me although i don't really want him to but... Hopefully, i will start during my internship period so i can fully use up my time other than just working. But up till now i still need to decide whether Private or School is better. So if you have any suggestions or advises please share or tell me. Thanks! :D
I had a pleasant brunch and i headed back home after that and slept from 2.30pm-7.30pm and woke up to have dinner with my Dad who steamed salmon(again for me), for dinner. So i literally sleep> eat> sleep>eat that day. Hahaha.
So today is already 1st of March.
Time really F L Y too fast.
This morning i was supposed to have breakfast with my Sister but i guess both of us were too lazy to get our asses off our beds. Hahahaha.
Oh so ytd my Sister was so random and came up with a rap/poem and it goes:
Days so hazy,
I'm so lazy,
Rap like Jay-z,
Makes me go crazy (this sentence was from me)
So funny, i can't. :D
Anyway, Monday is my last paper and i am F R E E. Well, before i start my internship. AHHHH. Hopefully, i get to start at a later date. Dumb me, said some wrong infos and agreed without knowing anything... Luckily no paper works and shit signed yet or else i can facepalm through my face. Lololololol.
Guess i will stop here and go and study that module i know no shit about... Pffffft. :(
