Yay! Finally i'm looking forward to Dinner later on! So recently my meals are pretty irregular and slightly(ok, may more than slightly) unhealthy i should say. I will have a good Breakfast though cause it is my favouriteeeee meal, skipped Lunch and Dinner instead combined them together.
Why?
Because i wanna lose weight, duh, yea since forever and i've been only saying and my actions aren't proportionate enough to match up so yea, i decided on such diet.
I've started to get my ass back on track too by running regularly on days i don't have dance. So it would be at least 3 times a week. I will also get my fat ass back to the gym on Sundays because usually i've no plans on Sunday!
Iam trying WILL to stick to my words this time round and i really hope my inner strength and mind don't be so fucking weak.

Breakfast:
Peanut butter spread on wholemeal bread x2 OR Wholemeal bread with ham and cheese
2 baby bananas or 1 big banana (Depends what my Papa bought)
2 hard boiled eggs (if wake up slightly early for werk)
Lunch:
Chocolate flavoured trimshake as a replacement for meals (idky i took chocolate cuz not my fav :/)
Around 4pm-5pm:
A bowl of salad (Veggies, cherry tomatoes, carrot, chickens)
Dinner:
Chocolate flavoured trimshake as a replacement for meals
A fruit (Depends what's there at home)

However, sometimes i will just eat fruit the rest of the day if i've no appetite or after my run because apparently i've caused my stomach to be eating itself on the inside hence no appetite. :/ (really bad)

My ass is aching madly like a bad bitch. Even by walking... But i love it.
Okay, here's a dirty little secret i would like to share, ever since day 1 i tried squats till today, now. I'm proud to say my ass have transformed and yes, i checked and touched my ass everyday that's because it makes me happy to see it is getting in shape!!!
Call me sick means you don't squat. HMP. So yeap. More to go. I can't really admire my back profile but the side profile is good enough! You know when you see dat ass gets curvier and perkier. Eyegasm. Ahahahahaha.
So on Sunday, i ran 8km in about an hour and is slower than my usual pace since i just officially get back on track. So i ran the PIE route which is my first time and there's only forest and road and a dark path.
I won't lie, i was literally praying that nothing will fucking happen!!! This is probably my first time praying while i run man. AHAHAHA. Thinking about it makes me wanna laugh. That is not the funny part. Read on!
The funny part was when i was halfway running and praying... Suddenly freaking human RAN PAST ME! What i did? I FUCKING SCREAMED. HAHAHAHAHA. I checked my behind ocassionally for my safety and there was no one so i wasn't expecting anyone to ran pass me but look what happened.
It was major embarrassment. It was just another runner and i just had to scream. Yeap. Luckily he was on his headphones and run faster than me. He probably got shocked my my screamed but just continued running cuz he don't hafta do anything either.
It was so funny i was running and giggling to myself the next moment. Fool much. Heh.
Well, It was stretching time when i was done with my run all sweaty and wet. Oh gosh. Feel so good yet nasty! Did my squats and handstands shizz. I danced a little because the song playing on my iPhone. Hmm mmm, i waz feeling it baby! Ahahahah. ;)
Alright, enough about my current life although there's many little details to talk about.
So i was talking about dinner! So some times back i won this vouchers from Peach Garden and yes gonna dine there later!
Googled the menu and the food seems not bad! Hopefully we won't get lost when we are on our way there later though since it is located at Orchid Country Club and i've never been there before!
Of course, tip to losing weight is to eat in moderation! Exercise regularly. I ain't no expert but these tips are read from else where. Treat yourself maybe once every 2 weeks? But then again, you're not a dog so why would you treat yourself with food? Hahahah. Well, i'm glad i'm not a fan of desserts. Hehehehe.
